Our restaurants include: Mangrove Cafe - a contemporary poolside bistro featuring grilled items, pasta bar, salad bar, hot and cold buffets, sandwiches and home-made desserts. Manor House Restaurant - Serving upscale hot and cold breakfast buffets, A la carte dinner and panoramic ocean views. Iguana Grill - Poolside, serves our charbroiled specialties all day long: Hamburgers, Sausages, Hot Dogs, Chicken, Veggie Burgers and Catch of the Day. All Beverages (including premium liquor and house wine)
Premium cocktails and beer, wine and champagne by the glass, are served in both restaurants, the poolside Turtle Rock Sports Bar (11am - 11pm) and the Ocean Club Entertainment Lounge - an art deco nightclub that features nightly entertainment and dancing (open 6pm - 1am).

The All-Inclusive Plan (AIP) permits access to all fitness center facilities. Our fitness center features Paramount strength training equipment, Precor cardiovascular equipment, Cardio Theater, an aerobics studio, stability balls and bands and aerobic and yoga classes. And Admission to the Kids Klub
Complimentary admission to our daily Kids Klub program for children ages 4-12. Kids Klub activities include games, videos, arts and crafts, nature walks and cooking with the chef. Three times a week the kids will be able to join our famous "Iguana Feeding," a morning ritual where guests are invited to feed the large iguana population living on the resort's grounds. The resort also offers eco-education, where families can learn about the island's unique flora and fauna and how the resort is working to preserve the environment. Babysitting services are available, but not included in AIP.
| Be Well- The Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa announced the conversion of 100% of their current room inventory with the Wyndham Signature "Be Well" Bedding package.
Included in the new "Be Well" bedding components are 250 TC white sheets, tailored bed skirts, duvet cover, quilted decorative bed blanket, euro sham & Be Well signature embroidered bolster. This change will compliment the recent room upgrades including the installation of the Michael Graves designed MP3 Alarm Clock, Signature Coffee Maker, the Wolfgang Puck Coffee Sampler and the True Blue Spa bath & skin care line.
| | Pure Rooms- The Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa has announced the planned conversion of 10% of its current room inventory to "Pure Rooms". This will be approximately 25 Luxury Rooms & 1 1-Bedroom Suite slated for conversion in May 2008. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has committed to be the first brand in the industry to offer the PURE environment to their customers. Wyndham realizes the importance of fresh air and a fresh environment for all guests, but especially those that suffer from allergies. A pure room is a room that has been put thru a Pure-Process that takes a standard sleeping room and turns it into an "allergy friendly" room by reducing the impact of potential irritants to guests. It does so by significantly improving the air quality in the guest room, which is beneficial for every guest, not just allergy sufferers. The changes compliment the recently completed property enhancements & installation of Wyndham's Signature "Be Well" bedding at the property.

| | Spa:Our newly opened spa, Journeys Spa, is the largest full-service spa in the U.S. Virgin Islands, offering a full range of massage and body therapies and a full-service styling salon and boutique. For guests who wish to use the spa facilities, such as steam rooms and saunas, a day pass is available for an additional fee. Professional spa services and treatments are also available for an additional cost and include access to the spa facilities. If you are interested in these options, please be sure to ask about our Spa Packages.
| | Eight Beachfront and Poolside Cabanas are now available soon to be equipped with ceiling fan, double romantic chaise lounges, & upgraded F&B Services for your guests staying at Wyndham. Located in both the upper & lower pool areas and on the beach these bright blue 65 Sq. Ft fully draped cabanas offer poolside & beachfront privacy. Rolled beach towels are placed on each pool chaise daily and food & beverage service will be made available poolside both in and out of the cabanas. Cabana rental rates and advance reservation policies half & full day and the surcharge for All-Inclusive guests will be forthcoming along with a menu of services for this area.

Effective mid-May Mangrove lunch menu will be comprised of gourmet fresh food such as a chef prepared ceasar, fresh made sandwiches, grill items, pizza & pannini's replacing the current buffet menu with a more inviting marketplace feel during the daytime hours. Although the Mangrove Restaurant has typically changed its buffet menu nightly, the enhancements to this area included a full Theme component in decor, buffet selections, favors & entertainment all to compliment the food selections in this seaside eatery.
Open 7-Nights per week, Mangrove offers a proposed weekly schedule including - South of the Border, Monday - Little Italy, Tuesday - K'Asian, Wednesday - Margaritaville with a Jimmy "Buffett", Thursday - Caribbean Carnival Night with Carnival Show, Friday - Seafood Night, and culminating with Saturday - Pirate in Paradise buffet which also includes a Pirate Show!

| | Caribe -Offers a passionate blend of Caribbean and Latin American cuisine located poolside near the Turtle Rock Sports Bar. Diners are welcomed nightly with signature Mango Mohitos and signature desserts, which have been highly praised by the restaurant's patrons. The menu also includes signature entrees such as Braised Short Ribs served over Manchengo Polenta and Grilled Chimichuri Marinated Flank Steak over Yucca Mashed Potatoes. Open six days per week, the spicy new addition is open to guests as well as the local community, and is a part of the signature All-inclusive plan for which the property is well known.
